What counts as an "event"?
Any log line, security event, or alert ingested into the platform — firewall logs, Windows Events, Suricata alerts, cloud audit logs, etc.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
